Drizzle the Chocolate Syrup inside the Plastic Cup, generously, all around the inside.
Place the Cup in the Freezer to set the Chocolate.
In a Blender, add the Hot Chocolate Mix, Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk, Ice Cubes, and a drizzle of the Chocolate Syrup, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Remove the Cups from the Freezer, and pour the Frozen Chocolate mixture from the Blender into the cups, until they're full.
Add a generous amount of Whipped Cream (I used Redi - Whip).
Place a colorful straw in the drinks, serve, and Enjoy!
