Instant Pot White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

How to make a homemade white cheddar mac and cheese in the Instant Pot.
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 16 ounces shell pasta
- 3-5 cups water
- 12 ounces whipping cream
- 16 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add pasta to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
Add enough water cover pasta by 1 inch. Depending on the shape of the pasta, it will vary on the water amount.
Lock lid in place, and turn pressure release valve to SEALING.
Cook on MANUAL/HIGH pressure for 4 minutes.
Carefully turn pressure release valve to VENTING.
Drain water.
Turn instant pot to sauté.
Add whipping cream, salt, pepper & cheese. Mix well.
Give the mixture a few minutes to thicken and have everything melt.
