Prepare the brownie mix, according to the box directions.

Divide the brownie mixture among the cups of a mini muffin tin.

Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.

Allow the brownie bites to cool completely.

To decorate, add the cool whip to a piping bag with a mini star tip.

Pipe some cool whip onto the top of the brownie bites, and place a strawberry, with the top removed, on top.

Add a dot of cool whip for the top of the hat.
