These Easter Blondies are so easy to make! They are a dessert bar that is a cross between a brownie and a dense piece of cake. It is moist, delicious and has a bit of crunch to it.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Unsalted Butter: Salted butter will make these too salty so make sure to use unsalted.
  • Light Brown Sugar: Can also use dark brown sugar
  • Granulated Sugar: This is just regular white sugar.
  • Large Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract: I prefer pure vanilla extract
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder: Not the same as baking soda
  • Salt
  • Easter M&Ms

How to make Easter Blondies for a delicious and fun spring treat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a square baking dish with parchment.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugars.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla, and whisk to combine.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture, whisking, and then folding with a spatula once the dough begins to thicken.
  • Continue until all flour is added, careful not to over mix.
  • Fold in the M&M candies.
  • Spread the dough into the parchment lined baking sheet, and bake 35-40 minutes. The blondies will be puffy and golden brown.
