How to Make Peppermint Bark Dip

Ingredients Needed:
- Cream Cheese: Use regular full-fat cream cheese for a creamier texture and flavor.
- Powdered Sugar: Use in place of granulated sugar so it gives the sweetness without being gritty.
- Cool Whip: Allow to thaw a bit before mixing.
- Crushed Peppermints: Can use pre-crushed peppermint bits or crush peppermint candies or candy canes.
- Miniature Chocolate Chips: Balances well with the peppermint and gives a little extra crunch.
Helpful Information:
- You can make this in advance and store in the fridge. Give it about 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
- Serve alongside your favorite crackers and cookies such as pretzels, Oreos, vanilla wafers, plain sugar cookies, etc.

Peppermint bark dip is an easy dessert dip for the holidays
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermints
- 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar, until smooth.
- Add the cool whip, and mix until everything is well combined, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
- Add in the crushed peppermints, and miniature chocolate chips (reserving a bit for topping the dip, if you prefer).
- Mix until well combined.
- Serve with your favorite cookies.
