How to make White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- Christmas sprinkles optional
Instructions
- In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and pinch of salt for 30 seconds.
- Stir well, and continue microwaving for 30 second increments, stirring well between, until chocolate is melted and everything is well combined.
- Line a square baking dish with parchment.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the square dish, and smooth out evenly.
- Sprinkle with sprinkles, and move to the refrigerator to chill for 4 hours.
