Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a mini muffin tin with non stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, mix brownies according to box instructions.
Add the brownie batter to the mini muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Once out of the oven, use a small tsp sized measuring spoon to make an indention into each brownie.
For the frosting, in a medium mixing bowl, mix together butter and powdered sugar, until combined.
Add a generous amount of green gel food coloring, and mix until well combined. **If needed here, you may add a splash of milk or heavy cream if the frosting isn't coming together.
Add the frosting to a piping bag and snip off the tip.
Pipe the frosting into the brownie indentions.
Sprinkle and dip the frosting end of the cups into your green sprinkles.
Add a few eyeball candies to the cups.
