How to Make Cauldron Brownie Bites

If you’ve always wanted to make your own potion, but you don’t have a cauldron, this recipe is the perfect concoction. You can make cauldrons that are delicious, cute and can be used for all of your witch mischief.

- Box brownie mix
- Water
- Oil
- Eggs
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
- Green gel food coloring
- Green sprinkles
- Eyeball candies


Cauldron Brownie Bites

COOK TIME: 15 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes
How to make Cauldron Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix + ingredients from the instructions water, oil, eggs
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Green gel food coloring
- Green sprinkles
- Eyeball candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a mini muffin tin with non stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix brownies according to box instructions.
- Add the brownie batter to the mini muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, use a small tsp sized measuring spoon to make an indention into each brownie.
- For the frosting, in a medium mixing bowl, mix together butter and powdered sugar, until combined.
- Add a generous amount of green gel food coloring, and mix until well combined. **If needed here, you may add a splash of milk or heavy cream if the frosting isn’t coming together.
- Add the frosting to a piping bag and snip off the tip.
- Pipe the frosting into the brownie indentions.
- Sprinkle and dip the frosting end of the cups into your green sprinkles.
- Add a few eyeball candies to the cups.
