Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the green cookies by combining white cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl. Fold together until well combined.

Add a generous amount of green gel food coloring, and mix until the color is incorporated.

Add the powdered sugar to a plate.

Use a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop the scoop the cookie dough, then roll each cookie in the powdered sugar.

Place onto the baking sheet, 2 inches apart.

Bake 8-12 minutes.

Cool 1-2 minutes on the baking sheet, and transfer to a cooling rack.

Repeat this with the red velvet cake mix for the red cookies.
