Measure the heavy cream, and place it in a large mixing bowl. Using a stand mixer, or hand held mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in the Sweetened Condensed Milk until well mixed.
Add the Vanilla and Twix seasoning, stir.
Pour half of the cream in the pan and drizzle chocolate and caramel syrup. Then add the rest of the ice cream and top with more chocolate and caramel syrup as well as twix candy bar pieces.
Place the Ice Cream in the Freezer, and leave it for about 8 hours to freeze well.
