Pineapple Jello Shots

How to make pineapple jello shots
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 2 3 oz. boxes of Island Pineapple Jello
- 3 cups water divided
- 1 cup whipped cream vodka or regular vodka
- Whipped cream for topping optional
- Fresh pineapple chunks for topping optional
Place the plastic cups on a shallow baking sheet.
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Remove from the heat, and whisk in Jello mix. Stir until Jello is dissolved.
Add in 1 cup cold water and 1 cup of vodka. Stir to combine.
Divide the jello mixture evenly between the cups.
Move the cups to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and fresh pineapple chunks (optional). Enjoy!
