• Plastic cups
• Whipped cream for topping (optional)
• Fresh pineapple chunks for topping (optional)

Helpful Information:

•  Wait to add the whipped cream and pineapple slice until right before serving to prevent melting.

Ingredients

• 2 3 oz. boxes of Island Pineapple Jello
• 3 cups water divided
• 1 cup whipped cream vodka or regular vodka
• Whipped cream for topping optional
• Fresh pineapple chunks for topping optional

Equipment

• 16 (2 oz.) plastic cups

Instructions

 

• Place the plastic cups on a shallow baking sheet.
• In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
• Remove from the heat, and whisk in Jello mix. Stir until Jello is dissolved.
• Add in 1 cup cold water and 1 cup of vodka. Stir to combine.
• Divide the jello mixture evenly between the cups.
• Move the cups to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours.
• Before serving, top with whipped cream and fresh pineapple chunks (optional). Enjoy!
