Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until evenly combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in two additions, mixing just until a smooth batter forms.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with the back of a spatula.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
While the bars cool, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Once cooled, frost the bars evenly with the cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
After the chocolate has set, cut into 9 large squares, then slice each square diagonally to create triangles. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
