How to make Crumbl Copycat Cookies and Cream Milkshake Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 Oreos crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
- 6 Oreos crushed
- Mini Oreos to decorate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a few baking sheets with parchment and set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the softened butter and sugar.
- Add in the vanilla and eggs and mix well to combine.
- Add in the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly, scraping down the sides often.
- Fold in the Oreos until eveningly distributed.
- Using a large ice cream scoop, divide the cookie dough between the baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the centers are set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before decorating.
- For the frosting – in the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened butter and about half of the powdered sugar.
- Mix on low speed until combined.
