  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast 1 packet
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Activate the yeast – In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar.
  • Stir and let sit until the mixture becomes foamy, about 5–10 minutes.
  • Make the dough – Add olive oil and salt, then stir in the flour until a dough begins to form. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  • Bake – Preheat the oven to 425°F. Brush the dough with melted butter, then score the top into 10 equal breadsticks.
  • Bake for 18 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Season – Remove from the oven and brush with more melted butter. Sprinkle
  • evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese
  • Serve – Cut along the scored lines and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping
