How to Make Creepy Jello Shots for Halloween

Everyone does Halloween a little different but for us, creepy Halloween is the way to go.

That also includes creepy Halloween food we can serve up at our Halloween party to our guests.

These Eyeball Jello Shots are creepy, easy to make and delicious. I am sure they will be a huge hit at any Halloween party.

Notes:

  • Do not add the candy eyes if you are storing these shots. Only add the eyes when you’re ready to serve as they get softer. Store shots, without eyes, for up to 1 week, with lids on. I do not suggest freezing.
  • Any creepy candy eyes should do the trick. I liked the way these eyes looked, which is why they’re my preference.
  • You can use any type of vodka or alcohol you prefer for these shots.
  • If you want your shots thinner, you can add more alcohol, but be careful, a little goes a long way and keeps the shot from setting up. If you want firmer shots, add less alcohol and replace it with more water.
  • When lining up your shot cups, you can place them on a baking sheet or plate so they’re easy to move to the fridge once filled.

How to make creepy eyeball jello shots for Halloween

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3-Ounce Box Strawberry Jello
  • 1 ¼ Cup Boiling Water
  • ¾ Cup Red Berry Vodka
  • Sugar Eyeball Candy

Equipment

  • 9 2 oz. Shot Cups with Lids

Instructions
 

  • Add the jello and boiling water to a medium mix bowl.
  • Stir until the jello is fully dissolved.
  • Add the red berry vodka. Stir.
  • Line your shot cups up and fill them until there’s just a bit of room to the top. This keeps them from spilling while moving them.
  • Chill in the fridge for two hours or until fully set.
  • Place a candy eye in the middle top of each shot when ready to serve. Enjoy!
