How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Brownies

- Brownie mix + ingredients from the back (water, oil, eggs)
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Cream cheese
- Granulated sugar
- Egg
- Vanilla extract
- Pumpkin puree
- Pumpkin pie spice


Pumpkin Brownies

COOK TIME: 45 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 1 hour
These Pumpkin Brownies are rich, fudgy, and full of warm pumpkin spice flavor. Perfect for fall parties, cozy nights, or any time you crave a seasonal treat!
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix + ingredients from the back water, oil, eggs
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a square metal baking pan with parchment.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix up the brownies according to the box directions.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Add 2/3 of the brownie batter into the baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in the egg, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over top of the 2/3 brownie mixture in the baking pan.
- Add the remaining brownie mixture over top of the pumpkin, and use a toothpick to swirl them together.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
