How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients Needed:

  • Brownie mix + ingredients from the back (water, oil, eggs)
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Cream cheese
  • Granulated sugar
  • Egg
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Pumpkin pie spice

These Pumpkin Brownies are rich, fudgy, and full of warm pumpkin spice flavor. Perfect for fall parties, cozy nights, or any time you crave a seasonal treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix + ingredients from the back water, oil, eggs
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a square metal baking pan with parchment.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix up the brownies according to the box directions.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Add 2/3 of the brownie batter into the baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add in the egg, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice, mixing until well combined.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture over top of the 2/3 brownie mixture in the baking pan.
  • Add the remaining brownie mixture over top of the pumpkin, and use a toothpick to swirl them together.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.
